- Legal, clinical or financial judgement. The agent prepares; your people decide.
- Model, telephony and third-party tool usage, billed separately [TBC: at cost, with a monthly cap]
- Data clean-up, system migrations and new software purchases
- New workflows. Each extra Starter workflow is a new $2,000 setup, or a move to Practice.
- Out-of-hours or 24/7 cover on Starter and Practice

How long does it take?
It depends on the workflow and the tools it connects to. We agree the timeline in the spec, before any work starts. Starter is the quickest way in.
Does the agent act on its own?
Not on anything that leaves the firm. Outbound actions need a person's approval, and every agent starts in shadow mode so your staff see its drafts before they are used.
Who pays for model usage?
Model, telephony and tool usage is billed separately from the monthly fee. [TBC: at cost with no markup, on your own accounts where possible, with a monthly cap]
Is there a minimum term?
